As a Valeter, your role is to primarily deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring that our new and used vehicles are presented to the highest possible standards. You’ll represent the company positively by maintaining a high standard of cleaning and valeting for presentation to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for moving vehicles around the dealership.
What does the role involve?
- Cleaning New and Used Customer Vehicles
- Maintaining the vehicle stock in the showroom and forecourt to ensure they are cleaned to a high standard in line with manufacturing standards
- Moving vehicles on and off site
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Full UK drivers licence, held for a minimum of 3 years
- Previous or current cleaning/valeting experience
- Reliable, flexible, positive, and professional
- Good team player with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
