Stratstone Wilmslow Porsche offers a basic salary of £29,741.4, plus bonus, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). You will also receive exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Bookings Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability.
  • Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
  • Being knowledgeable about our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand.
  • Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage and build authentic relationships.
  • Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable.
