We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. It is vital that you have experience of using Excel. You will play a key part in supporting daily Treasury and Vehicle operations and ensuring smooth financial administration across the department.
You could have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Monitor and administer the Treasury inbox, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Create and upload payments across multiple banking platforms, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and approved in line with internal controls.
- Carry out administrative tasks within a range of Treasury-related platforms, maintaining accurate records and supporting the integrity of financial data.
- Assist with various Treasury tasks as required, providing flexible support to meet operational needs.
- Processing group vehicle payments and recharges to our dealership.
- Supporting month-end processes including reporting, ledger closures, and reconciliations.
