Your Journey as a Business Transformation Executive:

  • Support Business Transformation Managers in delivering strategic sales and aftersales transformation initiatives aligned to our Corporate Strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store processes and operational efficiency, leveraging technology to make processes simpler and easier for colleagues.
  • Support the transformation of the vehicle purchase and ownership journey across digital and in-store channels.
  • Work with dealership teams, central functions, and technical partners to analyse complex business challenges and identify practical solutions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and hypothesis-led thinking to support initiative development.
  • Use data and insights to support business cases and informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the delivery of multiple transformation initiatives using agile tools and methodologies.
  • Track the adoption, progress, and business impact of initiatives against defined KPIs.

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge?

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience analysing business challenges and developing practical solutions.
  • Strong data and analytical capability, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, projects, or operational improvements.

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

What we can offer you:

  • Celebrate your special day with an extra day off on your birthday.
  • Our industry-leading Family Leave Policies ensure you’re supported when it matters most.
  • Access a new car through our Salary Sacrifice scheme and enjoy a smarter way to drive.

  • We believe in recognising dedication and loyalty, that’s why we celebrate long service milestone anniversaries.
  • Unlock your potential with tailored training and endless career growth opportunities.
  • Commute for less with our cycle to work scheme.
  • Access high street discounts to make the everyday a little more rewarding.
