Your Journey as a BI Analyst:

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:
- Expertise within Power BI and are confident with designing, building and optimising dashboards that bring data to life and help teams make informed decisions.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience within Data / BI Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to extract and manipulate data with ease.
- An analytical mindset and can spot trends, uncover insights and find practical solutions.
- Great attention to detail, especially regarding reconciliation and ensuring accuracy across reports.
- A self-starter attitude and is comfortable owning projects from end to end whilst managing their time effectively.
- Understanding of data modelling and statistical techniques, applying these tools to analyse performance and support strategic decisions.
- Clear communication skills and presentation skills, ensuring data is presented in a way that’s meaningful, engaging and tailored to different audiences.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, whether it’s leading a BI initiative or working across teams you will bring structure and momentum to your work.
