Quickco Glasgow is an Automotive Parts Distributor, supplying OEM & Aftermarket parts to partner businesses & independent businesses across England. Being part of Lithia UK, one of the UK’s largest motor dealers, our success story goes from strength to strength.
Reporting directly into the Sales Support Leader, the Sales Representative will have the responsibility of executing our strategy to achieve consistent growth from our current customer base while also cultivating new business opportunities in our region.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing and expanding a range of existing trade accounts and customers
- Discovering and establishing connections with new customers
- Dedicating allocated time to in-person meetings
- Attaining desired sales growth whilst meeting predetermined KPIs
- Collaborating closely with team members to uphold exceptional customer service
- Providing comprehensive reports on customer activity to the sales support leader
- Liaising with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure we are providing a market leading service
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Required skills & experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of the automotive trade parts industry
- Familiarity with single and multisite end user workshops
- Established success in field-based aftermarket parts sales
- Dual capability: nurturing current business and securing new accounts
- IT literate and ability to adapt to new systems (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanour, skilled in building cross-level relationships
- Identifying existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch specific geographical areas, prioritising customer satisfaction
