The Governing Body is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and well-qualified HLTA to join our team for maternity cover starting 7 September 2026. The role involves supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, while supporting the teacher’s work.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in lessons and interventions.
- Provide effective support to students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons.
- Manage behaviour and contribute positively to student learning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Behaviour management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
