What will you be doing?
- Be one of the founding developers of our new London office, collaborating closely with development teams in our HQ in the North.
- Work in small, cross-functional teams on our desktop and enterprise software products.
- Practise Agile methodologies, with a focus on pair programming, TDD, high-quality code, rapid release cycles, and continuous team retrospectives.
- Solve complex problems in innovative ways, collaborating closely with peers to deliver creative solutions.
- Contribute to a low-bureaucracy environment that enables you to focus on meaningful, impactful work without getting bogged down by red tape.
Requirements
We are looking for developers with a passion for building excellent software and working within a collaborative environment. While Java expertise is essential, your ability to thrive in a team, share knowledge, and engage in open problem-solving discussions is key.
We welcome applicants from a range of experience levels, but you should have at least 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience and a proven track record of working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Skills we value:
- Expertise in Java and experience with tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to different programming stacks.
