Lithe People, the People & Talent practice of Lithe Consulting Ltd, is looking to hire a Recruitment Associate to facilitate its growth and increase revenue from recruitment placements. This can be an entry-level position for a recent graduate with some experience in proactive B2B sales in an office/commercial environment, or someone with 6-12 months experience in the recruitment industry looking to further their career.

For the initial period of 3-6 months, the role will be working onsite in Lithe People's Hove office. Once up and running, there will be the opportunity to work a more hybrid pattern, and eventually fully remote if required.

The role will be largely candidate sourcing (using tech tool suite to source interested candidates, carrying out initial screening interviews, presenting candidates to internal account managers), with some client account management. There will be opportunities to grow into a full Account Management role, or even into a 360-degree consultant role where you will be responsible for developing your own client base and making placements within your own clients. This is a highly lucrative career option with year 2 earnings in excess of £60k being very realistic.

The starting salary offered is up to £27k + bonus for successful placements once the probation period has been completed. We're keen to hear from interested graduates in or around the Brighton & Hove area (or anyone looking to move there). Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
