Role Overview
Head of Operations reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with other section heads across manufacturing/production, R&D and administrative departments. The role requires oversight of compliance, maintenance of certificates, implementation of automation programmes and strategic change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance and maintenance of current quality certifying standards.
- Lead the process to obtain new certificates.
- Initiate and manage strategic changes to improve operations.
- Implement automation programmes and new ways of working.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D and administration to drive improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as an operations manager in the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with injection moulding or similar industries.
- Strong track record of initiating and managing change.
- In‑depth knowledge of relevant compliances.
