The Opportunity

Our client is embarking on an exciting organisation-wide programme focused on transforming how people collaborate, make decisions and work together across teams. This initiative is centred on creating more effective ways of working that improve collaboration, leadership, learning and organisational performance. We are seeking experienced coaches who can influence senior leaders, design engaging learning experiences and help organisations adopt practical, modern ways of working. This is a hands-on coaching role where success will be measured by business outcomes and behavioural change rather than Agile maturity metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and collaborative ways of working.
  • Coach leadership teams and business functions to improve decision-making, alignment and execution.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops, learning experiences and leadership sessions.
  • Help teams translate ideas into practical action and sustainable behavioural change.
  • Introduce modern ways of working based on real-world experience rather than methodology.
  • Share external market insights, emerging trends and proven practices from other organisations.
  • Champion the practical application of Artificial Intelligence to improve collaboration, productivity and ways of working.
  • Support teams through organisational change while remaining highly delivery and outcome focused.
  • Work collaboratively with an established internal coaching community across multiple business functions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced practitioners rather than framework specialists. You’ll naturally talk about collaboration, organisational effectiveness, leadership and business performance instead of Agile ceremonies or methodologies. You’ll bring:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering Agile and business transformation initiatives.
  • At least 5 years working as an Agile Coach or Enterprise Coach within complex organisations.
  • A proven track record of influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience coaching leadership teams and enabling organisational change.
  • Strong workshop design and facilitation skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Practical experience improving organisational performance through collaboration and modern ways of working.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI and emerging workplace technologies, with experience helping organisations adopt AI to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions within large international organisations.
  • Fluency in English.

We’re Particularly Interested In People Who…

  • Focus on solving business problems rather than implementing frameworks.
  • Can challenge leaders constructively while building trusted relationships.
  • Are highly execution-oriented and enjoy turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
  • Bring practical examples from previous organisations that can be adapted to new environments.
  • Combine coaching expertise with strong commercial awareness and organisational insight.

This Role Is NOT About

This is not a traditional Agile Coach position. We’re not looking for candidates whose experience centres on:

  • Delivering Agile training courses.
  • Implementing Agile frameworks for their own sake.
  • Coaching teams purely on Scrum, SAFe or Kanban ceremonies.
  • Framework compliance or Agile theory.

Instead, we’re looking for coaches who use Agile thinking as one of many tools to help organisations collaborate more effectively, improve performance and deliver better business outcomes.

What’s on Offer

  • A major transformation programme with a leading international organisation.
  • Permanently employment with Lithe Consulting Ltd preferred, although experienced freelance contractors will also be considered - the engagement will be long‑term (12 months+ so it is expected that contractor rates will reflect the security and remote nature.
  • Flexible remote working across Europe.
  • International collaboration with an experienced coaching community.
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of organisational collaboration at enterprise scale.
