Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Visit customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate products and solutions in face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Deliver against agreed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximise coverage and revenue.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer open days as required.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to support customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Adhoc activities.

  • Proven experience in field-based sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Confident working independently and managing own diary.
  • Results-driven with a commercial mindset.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
