We specialise in communication and personal safety training, empowering frontline professionals across healthcare, transport, education, social care, facilities, and retail. We\’re seeking an experienced Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer to join our growing team. This is more than just a training job, it\’s a chance to be part of a positive movement, where your knowledge helps others stay safe, manage challenging situations and build confidence. What You\’ll Be Doing: Deliver engaging training that helps people de-escalate conflict and manage challenging behaviour. Train learners across the UK, both in-person and online. Work flexibly and travel as needed to meet client needs. Contribute to the development and refresh of training materials, ensuring they remain practical, current, and impactful. What We\’re Looking For: A recognised training qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent) or working towards it. Recent experience delivering professional training in personal safety and/or physical intervention. A confident communicator with a practical understanding of conflict resolution. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and digital systems. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. What You\’ll Get in Return: A starting salary of £32,500-£35,000 (based on experience). Business mileage and expenses paid. 22 days\’ annual leave, plus 3 additional days at Christmas, and all bank holidays. Support for professional development and mentoring.
