The Role
We are seeking a Digital Product Development Assistant to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of our digital Ready Steady Literacy resources. You will work as part of the Product Team to ensure our resources are user-friendly, effective and meet the needs of educators.
Type: Full-Time Period: Fixed term contract for 6 months
Salary: £12,000 total for the 6 month
Location: Office based, Chester City Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and development of digital literacy Ready Steady Literacy resources.
- Update and maintain existing digital content, ensuring it meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop user-friendly, accessible online resources.
- Provide technical support to users, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the team in other digital development tasks as required.
By focusing on these key responsibilities, a Digital Product Development Assistant ensures that online education resources are effective, engaging and are continuously improved to meet the needs of our schools.
