The Glasshouse Agency is growing, and we’re looking for someone brilliant at social who is also organised, proactive and a natural problem solver.
You’ll be working across multiple brands, creating content, spotting trends and helping keep everything organised and moving.
You’ll be:
- Managing client socials
- Creating TikToks & Reels
- Editing in CapCut & Canva
- Writing hooks & captions
- Managing content calendarsTracking performance
- Joining shoots + content days
You are:

- Super organised
- Proactive + solutions-led
- Detail-focused
- A strong communicator
- Confident with short-form video
- London-based / nearby
This is predominantly remote, but you’ll need to be available for London shoots and occasional in-person workdays.
