The Opportunity
- Lead the commercial strategy for a breakthrough sustainable materials technology, including:
- Market creation and customer acquisition
- High-value partnerships with global luxury and consumer brands
- Commercialisation from innovation through to scale
- Global marketing and brand positioning
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial growth and revenue
- Build and lead the commercial function
- Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and CRM systems
- Represent the business at industry and client events across Europe
- Ensure customer insight informs product and innovation
Candidate Profile
Experience required:
- B2B sales in materials, pigments, dyes, polymers, textiles, beauty, packaging or adjacent sectors
- Track record introducing new technology to global brands
- Capability to build structure in a scaling environment
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- European language skills (French/Italian/German) advantageous
