Job Introduction\\n\\nDue to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join our Successful Warranty Hub in Coventry.\\n\\nThe hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.30pm as well as occasional Saturday working. Basic Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work.\\n\\nThe role responsibilities will include:\\n\\n• Identifying potential warranty work.\\n\\n• Liaising with the manufacturer to authorise works.\\n\\n• Processing warranty claims within manufacturer guide lines and time frames.\\n\\n• Scheduling warranty work with the workshop.\\n\\n• Ensuring that under and over payments are appealed.\\n\\n• Monitoring profitability and revenue of the department.\\n\\nWhat we're looking for:\\n\\n• Although previous exposure to a Warranty Administrator role is ideal it is not essential as training will be given.\\n\\n• A well-presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed.\\n\\n• The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.\\n\\nIn return for your hard work, we’ll support you with coaching & development every step of the way.
