Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Audi Dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We require a highly organised administrator to support the retail sales team, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Role and Responsibilities

In this busy and varied role, you will work closely with the sales department in processing customers’ vehicle orders and all related administration tasks.
This includes processing vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, supporting Retail Managers with finance paperwork, and tracking orders.
Managing a heavy workload and prioritising tasks effectively.
Liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to customer specifications.

About you

Previous experience in Vehicle Sales Administration is advantageous, but training will be provided if you have experience in a busy administrative role.
You should be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills.
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
Able to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with colleagues to deliver smooth and efficient service to our customers.
Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership sectors is preferred but not essential.
