We are recruiting for a Service Team Leader to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays (until 1pm) on a rota basis. Salaries include basic salary plus a monthly bonus and a company car, with an OTE of £46,000.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service experience.
  • We are currently looking to recruit a Service Team Leader with a motor trade background.
  • This is an important role supporting the Service Manager.
  • You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
  • Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services.
  • Booking in vehicles
  • Greeting customers
  • Informing them of progress
  • Organising works authorisation
  • Managing a small team of Technicians
  • Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.

You are likely to be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the group, or in a Service Advisor / Workshop role looking for your first step into management.
