An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join Porsche Centre Hull as our Sales Manager. This is more than a traditional sales leadership role; it’s a chance to represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands and lead a high-performing team within a luxury retail environment.
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven leader who can inspire performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the Porsche brand with passion, professionalism and integrity. As the automotive industry continues to evolve, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future success of a modern Porsche Centre through innovation, customer focus and operational excellence.
This is a senior leadership position offering a highly competitive remuneration package, company car and benefits, reflecting the profile and importance of the role within the Porsche network. A structured 5-day rota working pattern, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off. No Sunday working required providing an excellent work-life balance rarely found within the motor industry.
As Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, leadership and operational excellence of the Sales Department, ensuring every aspect of the Porsche customer experience reflects the standards of this globally recognised luxury brand.
- Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing Porsche Sales team and support departments.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews to maximise team capability.
- Lead by example through professionalism, energy and a passion for the Porsche brand.
Commercial Strategy & Sales Performance
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Porsche objectives and retailer targets.
- Oversee used vehicle stock management, pricing strategy and vehicle presentation standards.
- Ensure all resources, budgets and operational processes are effectively managed to maximise commercial success.
- Ensure showroom presentation, digital presence and customer environments reflect Porsche standards.
- Lead best-in-class enquiry management and customer follow-up processes.
- Create an environment where customers feel valued, welcomed and excited to engage with the Porsche brand.
- Ensure full compliance with Porsche standards, FCA regulations, Health & Safety and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with Aftersales, Marketing and senior leadership teams to maximise overall Centre performance.

- Proven experience within a Dealership as a Sales Manager or senior leadership position.
- Experience within a prestige or luxury automotive brand would be highly advantageous.
- A strong track record of delivering outstanding commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams within a franchised dealership environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and drive results.
- Expertise across new and used vehicle operations, stock management and forecasting.
- A leadership style that inspires confidence, accountability and high performance.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
