We are currently recruiting for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our BMW dealership in Boston. The hours of work are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We require a professional and well‑presented individual to handle Parts Deliveries to our growing Trade Customers. This role would be ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Parts Delivery Driver, or in a goods‑inwards environment. The successful candidate will be a competent and confident driver with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting Parts Department with picking requirements
- Planning and organising daily delivery routes
- Loading and un‑loading deliveries and returns
- Checking off each delivery, along with any returns
- Taking payments upon delivery of parts where required
- Maintaining relations with new and existing Trade Customers
- Report back to Part Supervisor and Parts Manager
- Reporting back to the business of any potential new customers
- Providing a professional and courteous experience to the customer
- Any other ad hoc/administrative duties
