We are seeking a talented and professional person to play a key part in the continued growth of our internet sales division. This is a very exciting time to being joining the brand with some electrifying new vehicles and significant growth forecasted & planned for 2025. This role will give you the opportunity to get in near the start of a rapidly expanding department in a growth area of vehicle sales. This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful individual to develop, learn and forge a career with an exciting Brand. We aren’t looking for the finished article; however, we are looking for potential! The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and working one in two weekends. (with a day off in the week), weekend hours being 8:30am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sundays. Excellent package and benefits with an OTE of £36,000. In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. In this role you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. You will be responsible for providing an end-to-end client experience that reflects the ‘Modern Luxury’ of our products. This includes wowing our clients with extensive product knowledge and support at every step of their journey. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process. Role and responsibilities to include: Taking online leads and demonstrate a high level of customer service, in order to build rapport with the customer and lead negotiations to secure the sale. Preparing specifications and explain finance quotes for the customer using Listers rates and terms. You will know stock availability and be able to offer alternative options to customers when needed. Provide regular updates to the customer and keep the customer database up to date. Seeking new business through prospecting calls to existing customers as well as new enquiries. Provide support to colleagues and management within the scope on day-to-day operations. Maintain positive relationships with our preferred partners, whilst seeking out opportunities to develop new partnerships. What we are looking for: Someone with sales experience, ideally in a dealership or online internet sales experience. Able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in both sales and customer service. Can follow a compliant sales process and can communicate over the telephone and via email in a professional manner. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers. Able to demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential customer. Has a genuine interest and passion for the motor industry, keeping abreast of developments. Is numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail and possesses intermediate IT skills. Is able to take complex issues and present in an easy-to-understand way. Embraces new ideas and thinking, eager to learn and develop.
