We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Nuneaton. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays). Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £55,000.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer feels unique by understanding where and how our vehicles fit into their life.
- Match the person to the right car and ensure they have the features and add-ons to suit.
- Aim for total customer satisfaction from financing to contracts.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
- Maximise opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.
- Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Adhere to the Company’s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data.
About you
- This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
- Demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
- Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
- Hold a valid UK drivers licence.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
