The predicted salary is between 26550 - 32450 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Nuneaton. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, rotating weekly on either 8am-5pm or 8am-6pm as well as working Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Salary includes a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £33,000.
A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and our customers. This role would perfectly suit a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world's leading car brands. You will be responsible for:
- Pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards
- Picking parts for customer orders
- Checking availability of stock from various enquiries
- Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression
- Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished
- Handling warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing)
We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor within a dealership or you will have gained motor factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company. However, if you have a good understanding of cars & the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.
