We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Aftersales Manager for our Toyota Dealership based in Patchway, North Bristol. The hours of work are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
It is a 21 bay workshop, with dedicated MOT, wheel alignment and SMART repair facilities. Benefits include the use of a company vehicle and an OTE of £75,000.
Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience. Accountable for all workshop, service and the parts department staff, you will manage, coach and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets. Working closely with other department managers to drive the overall centre performance.
This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager or experienced Aftersales Manager. You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPIs and brand standards.
In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality and a real passion for the brand. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
