This key role requires excellent communication and administrative skills as you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the preparation of all used cars for both display and handover.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overseeing the preparation of all used cars.
Liaising with the sales management team, workshop and body shop to ensure that our Approved used cars adhere to the highest standard that is expected from both the manufacturer and Listers.7 The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).

You will also be required to effectively co-ordinate and control all delivery activities once an order has been placed making sure that our culture of customer first continues.
In addition the successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out all pre-delivery checks on the car and preparing all documentation ready for the customer at collection.
Responsibilities: - Checking in New and Used cars. - Fuelling cars. - Organising weekly photography of used cars. - Assisting with the organisation of vehicle preparation. - Helping to organise the collection of trade vehicles. - Assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover. - Managing the loading of cars onto the internet. - Maintaining showroom standards and managing brochure stock.
