Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join the management team at our Audi Dealership in Solihull.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, with the ability to lead and motivate a developing sales team. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our customer’s expectations, ensuring an industry-leading buying experience.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, professional vehicle preparation, and maintaining stock levels.
- Drive the sales process and support the team in achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to meet sales and profit forecasts.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and provide reports on sales activities for forecasting.
- Ensure the sales team collects customer contact and vehicle data to maximize the quality of the customer database, adhering to FCA obligations.
