Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Mercedes Benz Dealership in Lincoln. The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays. When you work on a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £52,000. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure each customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your role is to match customers to the right cars and features, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process, from financing to contracts. Role and Responsibilities Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions. Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads. Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products. Adhere to FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data to enhance our customer database. About you This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You should demonstrate a record of achieving and exceeding targets, establish rapport quickly with customers, and hold a valid UK driver’s license. Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should have the potential to build a successful career in the industry.
