Job Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Team Leader to join the marketing team based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:30. As a Marketing Team Leader, you will work closely with Senior Marketing Managers, Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to deliver effective marketing and communications activity across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent brand representation across all internal and external channels, supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns while providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team. Role and Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support Marketing Executives, providing guidance to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers to successfully deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns Oversee the creation and delivery of campaigns, promotional materials, emails, press releases, articles, presentations and other written materials as required Liaise with the manufacturers to ensure all marketing activity and communications are aligned with brand standards and corporate guidelines Co-ordinate the administration and logistics support for brand specific events Ensure that retailer websites are kept up to date Provide direction and support to Marketing Executives in delivering engaging content and campaigns across all social media channels Manage campaign timelines, priorities and workloads across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Provide administrative support where required to support the operation of the marketing function Deliver marketing support to Heads of Department About you Experience in Marketing or suitable Marketingrelated qualification is essential Previous automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential Excellent written and verbal communications skills and confidence interacting at all levels Comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of digital marketing including Google Analytics and Social Media is preferred Driving licence Strong and effective communicator who is highly adaptable and detail oriented Must be able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask Ability to cope with pressure What we offer For the successful applicant an excellent package awaits. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Health and wellbeing benefits Group life insurance Staff discount on car servicing Listers Benefits
