The predicted salary is between 40000 - 48000 £ per year.
Due to continuing growth, the opportunity has arisen for a certificated MOT Tester to join the team at Listers VW Commercial Coventry, assisting with a variety of workshop support work alongside MOT Tests. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis. Our packages and pay plans are industry-leading and are reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset. We offer an excellent basic salary, with uncapped OTE of £48,000 plus benefits.

Role and Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities would include MOT Testing.
- You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e. CitNOW.
- You will also be able to complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
- To work within DVSA framework.
- You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, within required timescales and in accordance with established and documented procedures and standards from both the Company and Ministry of Transport.
About you
- You must have a valid class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and have an up-to-date annual training record and passed the assessment.
- Previous experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician and brand accreditations would be beneficial but not essential as brand training will be provided.
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality.
- Full Driving licence.
