Ahead of our new SKODA dealership opening by March 2026, we are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our existing team in Worcester. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays). Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of ÂŁ50,000. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team ahead of our upcoming opening on Bromyard Road, Worcester.
Role and Responsibilities
- Make sure every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life; itâs all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and addâons to suit.
- From financing to contracts, youâll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.
- Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customerâs expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
- Maximise opportunities through prospecting, followingâup calls, telephone enquiries, walkâin prospects and internet enquiries.
- Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPIâs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and addâon products.
- Adhere to the companyâs FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About you
- Previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
- Demonstrated a record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
- Potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
- Hold a valid UK driverâs licence.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
