Job Introduction We are seeking a Retention Specialist to join our Toyota dealership in Lincoln.
Your working hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We offer an excellent basic salary with OTE up to £40,000 plus benefits.
We are looking for a highly organised professional with up-to-date knowledge of financial products and campaigns.
Role and Responsibilities Actively generate renewals leads and coordinate appointment bookings across the Toyota Group to drive vehicle sales using available systems and databases.
Engage with customers through our live chat platform to manage incoming enquiries.
Liaise directly with our client database, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
About You Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy sales environment role full training will be provided.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with dealership staff to provide a smooth service for customers.
Experience within the automotive or car dealership sector is preferred but not essential.
