We are seeking a Retention Specialist to join our Toyota dealership in Lincoln. Your working hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We offer an excellent basic salary with OTE up to £40,000 plus benefits. We are looking for a highly organised professional with up-to-date knowledge of financial products and campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Actively generate renewals leads and coordinate appointment bookings across the Toyota Group to drive vehicle sales using available systems and databases.
  • Engage with customers through our live chat platform to manage incoming enquiries.
  • Conduct daily prospecting, run campaigns within designated systems, and update KPIs and efficiencies consistently.
  • Contribute to increasing the Dealership’s retention rates and achieving set targets.
  • Liaise directly with our client database, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with company best practices.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager.

About You

  • Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy sales environment role full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong administrative abilities.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and securely.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with dealership staff to provide a smooth service for customers.
  • Experience within the automotive or car dealership sector is preferred but not essential.
