The predicted salary is between 52000 - 84000 £ per year.

We are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Controller who will be responsible for aiding the Sales Manager to support the sales team at Lexus Lincoln in daily operations in such a way to maximize sales. This will include aiding the Sales Manager in appraising staff training needs and coaching staff as required. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines. Excellent package available including a Lexus and OTE of £65,000 - £70,000. You will also benefit from one weekend off every two weeks (one in two), plus one day off in the week.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer’s expectations. In essence, you will ensure that our customers' buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively.
  • Maximising Opportunities: To support the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales deal building and closing, and vehicle preparation while ensuring the correct level of stock is kept to the company’s agreed level.
  • Maximising Profit: By driving the sales process and supporting the sales team in achieving their monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products within Used Cars. Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange and agree valuations with the Sales Manager, completing satisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximise sales. Ensure budgetary sales/profit forecasts are achieved and monitor departmental performance.
  • Data Quality and FCA Compliance: Ensure accurate completion of all Used Car sales paperwork and provide reports as required on all sales activities ensuring accurate sales forecasts. Make sure that the sales team accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database (adhering to the Company’s FCA obligations).
