We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester. Benefits include an OTE of £60,000 + and use of a company car. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis. The aim is to deliver and exceed customer expectation and satisfaction; customer care is paramount within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best aftersales experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
- To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
- To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedures are adhered to
- Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
- Managing and development of the team
- Growing Workshop utilisation and efficiency
- Exceeding Customer satisfaction
- Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
- Reporting directly to the Head of Business
About you
This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as an Assistant Service Manager, or as an experienced Service Manager and is looking to move into a premium brand and Listers for better career and reward opportunities. Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent are essential. A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed is required. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers is crucial. Motor trade experience is essential; full support and ongoing training will be provided.
