The Role
As a Diagnostic / Master Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Working with the latest Audi diagnostic technology, you will identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring vehicles perform at their very best. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, providing technical expertise, supporting workshop efficiency, and helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Role and Responsibilities
Our technicians are responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time. The main responsibilities would include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing. Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems. You will have the ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment. You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business. You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e. CitNOW. You also will be able to complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards. Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
About you
We consider candidates who have experience working as a Master or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you. As a minimum you will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential. Full UK Driving licence.
