The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Mercedes division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, on a 3 week rota (8am – 4:30pm, 8.30am – 5pm & 9am to 5:30pm). You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime. Once probation has been passed you will receive OTE up to £30,000 plus benefits. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
- Accurate data inputting of customer details
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Improve and drive lead conversions
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
- Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
- Adhering to brand standards
About you
- Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
