Are you passionate about numbers and cars? Join our dynamic head office team as an Accounts Apprentice at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon, where you\’ll gain hands‑on experience in automotive finance while working towards a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., AAT & CIMA). This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in Finance, supporting the finance team in managing the financial heartbeat of our dealerships.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with reconciling vehicle sales invoices and purchase orders
  • Support daily banking, cash flow monitoring, and reconciliation
  • Help maintain accurate stock records for vehicles
  • Reconcile supplier statements and assist with payment runs
  • Respond to finance queries from sales, service, and parts departments
  • Learn dealership management systems (Kerridge/CDK)

About you

Essential:

  • Excellent GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English and educated to A level standard
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook/email
  • Enthusiasm for the motor industry and finance

Desirable:

  • Previous work experience in a customer facing role
  • Basic accounts knowledge
