Job Introduction

We are looking for an Aftersales Manager with extensive experience, preferably within a main dealer environment, to join our team at Volvo Worcester.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Benefits include a company car, with the option of an electric vehicle, and a basic salary of Β£45,000 OTE up to Β£65,000.

Customer care is of paramount importance in this role, as you will lead from the front to ensure our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop all workshop, service, and parts department staff to reach their full potential and performance.
  • Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
  • Increase workshop utilisation and efficiency.
  • Manage your own budget and drive the business forward.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall centre performance.

About You

  • Ideal candidates are currently Service Managers, Assistant Aftersales Managers, or Aftersales Managers seeking a new challenge within a premium brand.
  • You should have the drive and talent to push the department forward, achieving KPIs and brand standards.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and passion for the brand are required.
  • Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership sectors is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
