Job Introduction
We are looking for an Aftersales Manager with extensive experience, preferably within a main dealer environment, to join our team at Volvo Worcester.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Benefits include a company car, with the option of an electric vehicle, and a basic salary of £45,000 OTE up to £65,000.
Customer care is of paramount importance in this role, as you will lead from the front to ensure our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop all workshop, service, and parts department staff to reach their full potential and performance.
- Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
- Increase workshop utilisation and efficiency.
- Manage your own budget and drive the business forward.
- Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall centre performance.
About You
- Ideal candidates are currently Service Managers, Assistant Aftersales Managers, or Aftersales Managers seeking a new challenge within a premium brand.
- You should have the drive and talent to push the department forward, achieving KPIs and brand standards.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction is essential.
- Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and passion for the brand are required.
- Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership sectors is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
