Listers Group is seeking motivated individuals for a Trainee Service Advisor program with a local Recruitment Day on Thursday 1st October 2026 in Solihull. We provide a full induction and training to become successful Service Advisors across our Dealerships.
Salaries vary between £28,000 - £32,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £36,000. Hours typically 08:00-18:00 Mon-Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
