We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch) and Saturdays 8.30 to 1pm on a rota basis. Salary includes a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of up to £32,000.
A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and our customers. You will be directly involved in supplying Audi parts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops. This role would perfectly suit a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands. Role And ResponsibilitiesThe work is diverse, and you’ll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving our customers. You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries. Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression. Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers. Handles warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing). You’ll develop knowledge of our premium Audi products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function.
About YouPrevious motor trade experience is not required as full training will be provided. However, if you have a good understanding of cars & the ability to learn, this will be an advantage. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers. You should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of customer service. You must have excellent communication & organisational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment. A professional individual who is able to work towards tight deadlines.
