As a Retail Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success story, connecting customers with cutting-edge vehicles and delivering exceptional service. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays). Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £62,000.
Role And Responsibilities- Grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products.
- Be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.
- Discuss the financial requirements of our customers.
- Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships.
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
- Work closely with members of the sales team and provide coaching and assistance.
- Propose financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.
- You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for your first step into management.
- You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual/company requirements.
- Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
- Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
