Listers Group is seeking a part-time Administrator to join the Property Team at Solihull (Alok House).

The role is three days a week (Mon-Fri) with hours 8:30am–5:30pm.

Salary up to £29,000 pro-rata.

You will support the property team to keep properties well maintained, prioritise repairs, and handle administrative duties across sites.

Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles, familiarity with CAFM systems such as Access Maintain, and strong IT and communication skills to manage
