Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join our Toyota dealership in Grantham. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis. Our packages and pay plans are industry-leading and reflect each applicant's experience and skill set. Basic salary up to £42,000 with bonus OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits.

Role And Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time. Main responsibilities include electrical and mechanical repairs, such as suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing. Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles, using electronic diagnostic equipment and focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack.
