We are seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales function at Audi Birmingham. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering outstanding commercial performance, leading large sales teams, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience across the business. This is a significant appointment within the dealership, offering autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to shape long-term growth. The hours of work rotate between Monday to Friday and Monday to Saturday on a weekly basis. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £95,000 (100% of target with enhanced performance rewards possible).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and recruiting sales staff to achieve KPIs.
  • Driving sales conversion rates, profit per unit, and finance penetration.
  • Overseeing inventory, pricing, and display for new and used vehicles.
  • Delivering on sales, margin, and budgetary forecasts (P&L).
  • Ensuring compliant, high-quality customer service (FCA regulations).

About you

You may be an existing Sales Manager, General Sales Manager or Retail Manager looking for a new challenge or better career and reward opportunities. You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards. You must be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand. Previous experience in a similar dealership role is preferred.
