We are currently looking to recruit an organised and motivated Parts Supervisor to work within one of our busy Parts departments at our Toyota Dealership in Grantham. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 as well as working Saturdays on a rota basis. Basic Salary of £30,000 with an OTE of up to £35,000 plus benefits.
You will be directly involved in supporting the Parts Manager in the day to day running of the department as well as deputising during holidays etc. Serving the general public, trade customers and the supply of our own workshop, the Parts Supervisor will also be involved in budgeting, performance and development.
Your duties will include:
- Department reviews and management.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Supervising staff in the parts department.
- Order taking.
- Order picking.
- Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
- Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for workshop job cards.
We require a highly organised individual with a high level of customer service experience who can liaise, communicate and deliver a first class service to all of our customers. Ideally you will be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the Group or in a senior parts role looking for your first step into management.
