An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Group Fleet Department. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Manager who will play a key part in the Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales team, Corporate Customers and Leasing companies.

The Role:

  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Liaising with manufacture on new and existing customer orders.
  • Ongoing updating of the various ordering systems.
  • Producing quotations for customers.
  • Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders.
  • Booking demonstration vehicles and deliveries.

In this position, exceptional interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Whilst knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience. The person we are looking for will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally.
