We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Evesham. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays). Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £62,200.
Role And Responsibilities
- Discussing the financial requirements of our customers.
- Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships.
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
- Working closely with members of the sales team and providing coaching and assistance.
- Proposing financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.
About You
- May be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for first step into management.
- Confident in discussing and identifying individual/company requirements.
- Outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
- Highly organised to ensure that all paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
