Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch Break), with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00.
As a Customer Retention Advisor you will facilitate inbound calls and service bookings as well as making outbound calls to existing Jaguar and Land Rover customers offering comprehensive support in all of their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements.
Role And Responsibilities- Inbound and outbound aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
- Follow up calls to remind customers of required work previously identified.
- Accurate data inputting of customer details.
- Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services.
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Improve and drive lead conversions.
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products.
- Adhering to brand standards.
- Automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience.
- Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Self-motivated & target driven.
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service.
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner.
