Listers Group is hiring a Service Advisor for our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry. The role involves delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy setting, managing workflow, and driving service sales. Hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturday rota shifts.
You will liaise with Workshop and Parts teams to schedule work, update customers on progress, and ensure timely handovers. Training is provided for those new to the motor trade.
